SPECIFICATION:
Yashlxmi cement doorframes are available in three or four pieces.
Two vertical Posts, one lintel member and one optional bottom tie member,

Male -female groves are made to fix the frame in proper position,

1. Section & Size
Pre-cast concrete doorframes are as of same section, size and look as that of wooden or steel frame as per Indian standards or as per general architects rule. Section 100 x 60mm.
Sizes Doorframes are available in height 2100 mm and 2175 mm overall Overall width from 750 mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1100mm, 1200mm, 1500mm
Windows are as per order

2. Reinforcement
Reinforcement consist of 4 mm HT indented pre-stress wires or 6 mm hard drawn steel with rings in 3 mm wire present in all member,

3 . Concrete
YASHLAXMI precast concrete doorframes are manufactured from very high strength concrete of grade more than M40
Concrete is mix designed for self high compaction with use of third generation super- plastisizers having high water reducing capacity, duly, placed compacted and vibrated to produce dense concrete for life long durability of our frame.Curing is done with help of curing tanks, frames dipped for at least 15 days

4. Finishing
Finishing is high grade smooth form finish require only painting with primer coat.

5. Hinge Block
Two vertical members are provided with plastic hinge block in polypropylene for fixing hinges, latches or central lock.
One reinforcing bar always passes through the plastic hinge block so as to anchor it with frame forever and gave shutter a fix position. Plastic hinge block have high screw holding capacity, screw can be fixed and remover no of times during life span.

6. Hold fast
6 mm GI bolt or plastic nut for GI bolt is provided for fixing holdfast

7. ALL-DROP
Two vertical members are provided with hole for all-drop
Top lintel member is provided with tower bolt arrangement

8. PACKING
Doorframe members are packed in corrugated boxes for safe transport through long distance.
